These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and mu777 ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By registering an account, accessing the platform, placing a bet, or making a deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the mu777 platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the mu777 platform including registered players, visitors, and any person who interacts with any part of the platform. mu777 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within the time specified by mu777 support may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account.

Each player may hold only one registered account on mu777 at any time. Multiple accounts registered to the same individual — whether using different mobile numbers, names, email addresses, or payment methods — are prohibited. mu777 uses technical and manual controls to detect duplicate accounts. When a duplicate account is identified, mu777 may suspend both or all accounts associated with the player, void any pending bets, and permanently withhold outstanding balances.

mu777 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on any account at any time, including requesting source-of-funds documentation. Cooperation with such requests is a condition of account maintenance.

mu777 supports the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment options may be available and will be communicated to players via the platform's cashier section. mu777 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals processed through supported Bangladesh mobile banking methods.

The following rules apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions on mu777:

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the same name as the mu777 account. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned where technically possible.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum limits per transaction and per day may apply and will be displayed in the cashier section.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of approval for standard mobile banking methods. Processing times may be longer during periods of high volume or where additional security checks are required.
• mu777 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request pending completion of identity verification, source-of-funds checks, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

Deposits made to a mu777 account that cannot be matched to an existing account due to incorrect reference details may be held for up to 30 days while mu777 attempts to identify the source. After 30 days, unidentified funds may be returned to the originating payment account.

mu777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements attached to each offer, which are disclosed at the time the bonus is presented. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise in the specific bonus terms:

mu777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts unless there is evidence of bonus abuse or breach of these Terms.

The following rules apply to all bets and gaming activity placed through the mu777 platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. mu777 does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been placed and accepted by the system, except where a manifest error has occurred on mu777's part.
• In the event of a manifest technical error affecting odds, game outcomes, or bet acceptance, mu777 reserves the right to void affected bets and return the stake to the player's account. mu777 will not be liable for any consequential losses arising from a manifest error.
• RNG (Random Number Generator) games on mu777 use certified RNG systems supplied by the relevant game provider. All game outcomes are determined by the provider's certified RNG and are not influenced by mu777. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for RNG games are as declared by the respective provider.
• Live sports betting markets may be suspended or settled early in circumstances beyond mu777's control, including but not limited to match abandonment, power failure, or data feed interruption. mu777 will apply industry-standard settlement rules in all such cases.
• mu777 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet from any player at its absolute discretion, including where unusual betting patterns are detected that may suggest match-fixing, collusion, or other forms of fraudulent activity.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mu777 platform and constitute a serious breach of these Terms. mu777 reserves the right to take immediate action — including account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities — against any player found to be engaged in prohibited conduct:

• Registering or operating more than one account, whether in your own name or using another person's identity or payment details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, access accounts, or exploit platform features.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, financial crime, or to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Colluding with other players, platform staff, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment reversals, or any attempt to reclaim deposited funds through a payment provider after those funds have been wagered.
• Exploiting any software bug, error, or vulnerability in the mu777 platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known exploit must be returned to mu777.

All content on the mu777 platform — including but not limited to the platform name, logo, design, graphics, text, software, and the selection and arrangement of all content — is the property of mu777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. No part of the mu777 platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of mu777.

Game content — including game artwork, soundtracks, and software — is the intellectual property of the respective game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and is licensed to mu777 for display on the platform. Players do not acquire any intellectual property rights by accessing or playing games on mu777.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mu777 shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Any loss of funds resulting from your own decision to place a bet or wager, including losses arising from use of bonus funds.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit mu777's liability for death or personal injury caused by mu777's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

mu777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the mu777 platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

mu777 may terminate or suspend access to the platform for any player who breaches these Terms, engages in fraudulent or abusive conduct, or where mu777 is required to do so by applicable law. Upon termination for cause, mu777 may withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Upon termination not for cause, any verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment account within a reasonable timeframe.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. mu777 operates as an online platform serving players in Bangladesh and complies with applicable regulations in the jurisdictions in which it operates.

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet, game outcome, payment, or any other platform matter, players must first contact mu777 support in writing at [email protected]. mu777 will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a resolution within 10 business days. If a player remains dissatisfied after receiving mu777's final response, they may seek further recourse through applicable dispute resolution channels.
